Hotel Vernal Haunt is a charity event.  The event is a organized and staffed by volunteers.

The funds raised in 2025 will benefit the following non-profit local charities:

• Project Alley  (addiction recovery)

• Friends Against Family Violence  (advocacy & housing)

• Utah Foster Care  (assists foster families)

• KLIC  (supports those with cancer)

• Uintah County Search & Rescue
