Can I bring my young children?
Yes....it is up to the discretion of the parent. We give caution to children attending the Fear Haunt experience. If your children have nightmares after a scary movie, the Fear Haunt is not for them. During the first four nights, several children under age 10 have walked through the Haunt. Many of them end up not finishing or crying by the end.
Is there food available?
Yes - Join your family and friends for food and drink before or after your Haunt experience. Downtown Vernal restaurants welcome you before or after your experience. La Cabana is open within the hotel.
What do I wear?
Dress comfortably and warm. The hotel is not heated so you may feel an extra chill during your tour. The line for the Fear Haunt starts outside so we suggest you dress warm.
Is there an advantage to buying tickets online?
Yes. We encourage tickets be purchased ahead of your experience.
The Escape Room requires reservations to be purchased online with your date/time.
For the Haunt ticket, your group waits in line with other guests for the next haunt tour. If you have an online ticket you will be let into the Haunt the night of your ticket. Without a ticket, you may not get in late in the evening if the line is shut off.
What is an Escape Room and will I enjoy it?
Can you and your group escape a haunted room of puzzles and codes within an hour? Book the escape room as a separate experience with a specific date / time.

What is there to do while I wait in line?
There may be a wait for the fear haunt - depending on how many guests show up each night. The hotel guest line starts outside and ends in the hotel lobby at the hotel desk. While in line, there are several activities to keep your attention. The Uintah Basin youth orchestra will play in the lobby some of the nights. The hotel photo booth will help you capture the memory of the night and share with others. You can examine the sponsor wall and fountain in the hotel lobby. Or simply visit with your friends or family in your group.
Food trucks will be available in the parking lot so enjoy a drink or snack while you wait.
Can I participate in a wheelchair or walker?
Hotel staff will accommodate the best possible reasonable methods. The hotel does not have an elevator, escalator or lift. To have the entire experience, a guest must be able to manage 2 flights of stairs. There is not a charge for guests with limited mobility as the tour will not include the full experience. Can I use my ticket another night?
Yes. The Haunt tickets are transferable to another night. The Escape Room tickets are booked for a specific time and day and may not be able to change dates/times depending on demand. A change of time/day will not be made for convenience. Changes may be made for unforeseen conflict. Contact email@example.com to reschedule in advance.
